No auction account. No bidding. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you call to the day your vehicle arrives.
Browse inventory online, then call our office to ask questions, confirm the vehicle's still available, and get any additional detail on its condition that isn't in the listing.
Search all inventoryReserve online or by phone and pay the $500 non-refundable deposit to hold the vehicle. Full payment is due within 5 days, or the vehicle can go to another buyer and the deposit is kept. Once you've paid in full, we send the Purchase Agreement: the vehicle price, the $150 admin fee (waived for dealers with a valid dealer number) and, if we arrange shipping, the $100 transportation arrangement fee.
We accept wire transfer or cashier's check. A cashier's check is verified first, and we hold the vehicle and title until it clears (typically within 10 days). Once payment is received along with your completed Buyer Info form, we email copies of the title, Buyer's Guide, and Bill of Sale for signature. Signed copies come back to us by email or fax, and we mail the originals via USPS Priority Mail — typically arriving within 2 business days, trackable the whole way.
We post your vehicle to a nationwide vehicle dispatch network once your Purchase Agreement and delivery address are confirmed. Most vehicles ship within one to two weeks, though distance, weather, and vehicle type can affect timing — we'll give you a realistic estimate up front, not a guess.
Shipping & delivery detailsWe arrange shipping to any port in the continental U.S. Because export shipping companies require prepayment, international buyers pay shipping costs up front rather than on delivery — we'll walk you through this by phone before you commit.
